bangs...

I kind of always felt bad for people when they got these crazy blunt bangs because I thought they looked worse. Then my friend Stacey got them, and she looked amazing.



So of course I had to get them since I have become a sort of compulsive hair cutter in the last few years.



I was wearing glasses when I got my hair cut, so I couldn't see anything until it was all finished and I kind of FREAKED OUT (as per usual). Anyway, this then led to a fun social experiment because EVERY woman I have ever known in my life commented on my bangs, but maybe one or two men commented. I assumed this was universal, but then I went to work and EVERY man commented on my bangs, too!! What does this mean? Now, a month later, men are saying "hey--did you get your hair cut?"

I do on occasion see my hair and realize I have the same hair cut as when I was a kid, only I think my kid hair cut was better. Mom, maybe you should give me a hair cut? Excuse the poor quality of my phone taking a picture of an 80s pic.
