House Highlights

My buddy Rustin came to D.C. last weekend and we hung out for a bit at my house. He took some pictures and, thanks to the miracle of facebook, I already have seen them and realized I need to share them with even more members of the world-wide-web!

During our blizzard last week, my roommate Laura ventured down our hill of a backyard. I had never before realized how huge our backyard is! Over half of it is covered in vines and it is super steep so we've never gone down. But when it was all covered in snow it made for the perfect luge! Her initial trek down on a makeshift sled took 10 minutes, but it formed a perfect slide for us to go down:


Here we are at the bottom of the luge! Maybe I should find some pictures that aren't in the dark! It's got to be 30 feet long and has an awesome drop. Love the luge.


BONUS: we have a meat locker in our basement. It is really creepy.
