Last night I was came down with a cold. Although it did not ruin my enjoyment of the new Grapes of Wrath opera I was attending, it did worry me a bit this morning when I thought I couldn't swallow and was on my way to breakfast with some friends. So, I took some cold medicine. The cold medicine said it "may cause drowsiness" but I hoped I'd be all right.
Well, after being very out of it at breakfast and miraculously dropping my friend off at work and driving to the law school, I just fell asleep in my car for two hours. It must have been so odd to the hundreds of other people who park in that parking lot and walked by me on their way to school...
